In August 2023, nestled along the pristine shores of the Riviera Maya, a select group of wedding professionals embarked on a transformative journey hosted by Educate Empower Encourage. Against the backdrop of Belmond Maroma Resort and Spa, a luxurious haven recently reimagined by Mexican artisans, this intimate business retreat promised not just relaxation, but profound reflection and growth.

As participants arrived, they were greeted with warmth and anticipation by their hosts, Courtney, Julie, and Wendy. The air buzzed with excitement, as attendees prepared to immerse themselves in a carefully curated program designed to ignite creativity, foster connections, and propel personal and professional development.
